I notice where you have introduced a bill prohibiting the Federal Government from issuing liquor licenses in dry states. I hope you will approve the amendment that has been added to permit a $1,000 fine on a hold of a license.
This is a good piece of constructive legislation and one I think that most of the people of Miss. will heartily endorse.
