Dear Senator Bilbo:
I hope you will use your influence and best efforts to outlaw the liquor traffic not only around army camps but for the whole nation. The liquor traffic is doing more to retard the war effort than any thing else with which the nation has to deal. I am surprised that our national Law-makers have not already taken drastic measures in this direction. I am incloseng, under separate cover a copy of monthly magazine, "The National Gospeller" I hope you will have time to look it over especially the editorials.
